Terms of Use
Last updated October 9, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Brava Group LLC website at bravaorder.com and orderbrava.com (the "site"). Brava Group LLC ("Brava," "we," "us") is a Georgia limited liability company based in Adairsville, Georgia. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old to send us a request or do business with us through the site. If you use the site or send us a request for a business, hospital, clinic, school, church, nonprofit or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization and to accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organization. If you are acting for yourself, "you" means you. The site is run from the United States and is meant for customers in the United States.
How the site works
The site describes our strategy, content creation, graphic design, printing, promotional products, apparel, signage and employee kit services. It has three request forms: a print order request on our Printing page, a promotional items request on our Promotional items page and a strategy inquiry on our Strategy page. The site has no accounts and does not take payments.
- A request is not an order. Sending us a form, email or text does not create an order or a contract for products or services, and we may decline any request.
- Printing, promotional items and apparel. We reply with a written quote and a proof (for promotional items, often after sending ideas first). Any price we send in reply to a request is a quote. Nothing is ordered until you approve the quote and the proof. Quotes, proofs and orders are governed by our Terms of Sale and by the written quote or invoice for that order.
- Strategy, research and creative services. We provide these only under a separate written proposal or agreement, which governs that work. Design or layout work included in a printing or promotional items quote is covered by that quote and our Terms of Sale.
- Which terms control. If these Terms of Use conflict with our Terms of Sale or a signed agreement, the Terms of Sale or that agreement controls for that order or project.
Files you upload through our Printing and Promotional items forms can total up to 20 MB. For larger files, put a share link (such as Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer) in your request, or email the files to us. The page cannot always confirm that a request arrived, so if you do not hear back from us, please email hello@orderbrava.com so we can check. We are not responsible for requests or files that do not reach us.
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically: by email, and by text message if you text us or ask us to text you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle texts, including how to stop them. You and we agree that quotes, proofs, approvals, invoices and other notices we exchange electronically count as being in writing, to the extent the law allows.
Information and images on the site
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but product descriptions, examples, product lists, production times and other details on the site are general information, not offers. Prices, availability and delivery dates are confirmed only in your written quote. The products we offer depend on our suppliers and may change or become unavailable. We may correct errors and change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.
- Sample designs. Sample designs shown on the site use fictional brands created for illustration. Any resemblance to a real organization is unintended.
- Illustrations. Many images on the site are illustrations, including images created with AI tools. They may not show the exact product, color, decoration or packaging you will receive. The proof you approve is the reference for your order.
- Our founder's track record. Results and examples on our Strategy page describe projects that Brava's founder led or worked on with the teams and partners behind them. Clients are not named. Past results are not a promise of results for any future project.
- Not professional advice. Information on the site is general information about our services. It is not legal, medical, financial or tax advice.
Our content and trademarks
Unless we say otherwise, the text, images, graphics, page design and other content on the site belong to Brava or are used with permission or under license. The Brava name and logo are trademarks of Brava Group LLC. You may view, download and print pages for your own use in learning about or working with us. Please do not copy, republish, sell or otherwise use our content, name or logo for any other purpose without our written permission. Nothing on the site gives you a license to use our trademarks.
Other companies' trademarks
Names, logos and trademarks of other companies, brands and organizations belong to their owners, including the brand names of products we offer. Mentioning a company, brand or product on the site does not mean that it endorses Brava or is affiliated with us.

What you send us
You may send us information and files through our forms, by email, by text or through a file-sharing link. This includes logos, artwork, photos, text, recipient or mailing lists and project details ("your materials"). When you send us your materials, you confirm that:
- you own them or have permission to use them, and to let us use them as described here;
- they do not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, and they do not break any law; and
- if they include personal information about other people, such as names and addresses for kit recipients or a mailing list, you have the right to share it with us for your order or project.
You keep ownership of your materials. We do not claim ownership of them. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, copy, store and adapt your materials (for example, to resize, recolor or set up artwork for production) and to share them with our suppliers, decorators, printers, carriers and service providers, only as needed to respond to your request, prepare quotes, mockups and proofs, produce and deliver your order or project, and keep the records described in our Privacy Policy, such as artwork we keep so we can match a reorder. Some of these steps may use software from our service providers, including AI-assisted design, mockup and writing tools. We will not use your logo or artwork in our own marketing or portfolio without your permission.
Please do not send us sensitive information through our forms, by email or by text. This includes patient or other health information, Social Security or other government ID numbers, bank account or card numbers, and passwords. If a project needs that kind of information, for example a mailing to patients, tell us first so we can agree in writing on how it will be handled before you send it. If you would like a nondisclosure agreement before sharing confidential business details in a strategy inquiry, ask us before you send them.
We may decline to quote or produce any artwork or project, including anything we believe is unlawful or infringes someone's rights.
Using the site responsibly
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
- send false information, pretend to be someone else, or send a request for an organization you are not authorized to represent;
- send spam, junk requests or automated form submissions;
- upload viruses, malware or any other harmful code or file;
- interfere with the site, its security or the services that support it, or try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts;
- copy or collect content or information from the site by automated means, such as scraping, or use our content to train artificial intelligence models, without our written permission (normal search engine indexing is fine); or
- use the site to send content that is unlawful, infringing, threatening, harassing or hateful.
We may ignore, delete or block any request or traffic that we believe breaks these terms.
Other companies' websites and services
The site and our work rely on services run by other companies. They handle information for us under their agreements with us. When you use another company's service directly, such as a file-sharing service, a payment page or another website, that company's own terms and privacy policy apply.
- Form processing. When you send one of our forms, your entries and any files you upload go to Google, which stores them for us in our Google Workspace account and emails us a notice.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel.
- File-sharing links. If you share artwork through a service such as Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer, that service's terms apply to your files there.
- Payments. Card payments for orders are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. The site itself does not take payments.
- Our product catalog. Our online product catalog runs on a platform provided by ASI (the Advertising Specialty Institute). Quotes and orders that start there are governed by our Terms of Sale.
- Other websites. If the site or our emails link to another website, such as a supplier's product page or a carrier's tracking page, that website is run by someone else. We are not responsible for its content, availability or practices.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we receive through the site, by email, by text and by phone, and how we use, share and protect it.
Copyright and trademark complaints
If you believe that content on the site uses your copyrighted work or trademark without permission, email hello@orderbrava.com with "Copyright or trademark notice" in the subject line, and include:
- your name, mailing address, phone number and email address;
- a description of the work or trademark you believe is being infringed;
- where the material appears on the site, such as the page address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, for a copyright notice, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will review your notice and remove or change material when appropriate.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use the site, including people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our target. If you have trouble using any part of the site, including our forms, or would like any page, including these terms, in another format, email hello@orderbrava.com or send us a text. Tell us what you need and the best way to reach you (email, phone or text), and we will help you send your request or get the information another way.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, secure or free of errors or harmful code, or that every form submission or upload will reach us. This section is about the site only. Our commitments for products you order are in our Terms of Sale and your quote, and our commitments for strategy, research and creative services are in your written agreement. Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Brava and its members, managers and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site, even if we were told such damages were possible.
This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. It also does not change our responsibilities for orders, which are covered by our Terms of Sale, or for services, which are covered by your written agreement. Some states do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brava and its members, managers and agents from claims made by someone else, and from the related losses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), to the extent they arise from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or materials you send us that infringe someone's rights or break the law. We will let you know promptly about any such claim. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own wrongful conduct.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Talk to us first. If you have a concern or dispute about the site or these terms, please email hello@orderbrava.com and describe it. You and we agree to try in good faith to resolve it informally before going to court.
Courts. If we cannot resolve it informally, any lawsuit about the site or these terms must be brought in the state courts in or for Bartow County, Georgia, or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may ask a court for urgent relief, such as an order to stop misuse of intellectual property, without first going through the informal process. If you use the site as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the laws of your home state that cannot be waived by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If we make a significant change, we will make a reasonable effort to point it out, for example with a note at the top of this page. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not apply to disputes that arose before then. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. A change to these terms does not change a quote you have already approved or a signed agreement.
Other legal terms
- Entire agreement. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Brava about your use of the site. Orders are covered by our Terms of Sale and your quote or invoice, and strategy, research and creative work by your separate written agreement.
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the extent possible, and the rest of these terms will stay in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce part of these terms right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
- Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
- Survival. The sections on what you send us, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and disputes continue to apply after you stop using the site.
